Maurice Rogan, Monitoring Supervisor, checks one of the alarm receivers.
Allied’s monitoring station is located in Oklahoma City. It is state-of-the-art and fully computerized to handle burglary, fire, panic, holdup, and medical alert signals. For security our facility has restricted access and CCTV cameras. There is also a backup generator in the event of a loss of power.
Allied’s alarm dispatchers are on duty 24-hours a day to respond to alarm signals and take action to notify you and the appropriate authorities.
For your protection all alarm dispatchers are subject to a background check and drug test before they are hired.
To keep false alarms to a minimum Allied’s alarm dispatchers are trained to verify alarm signals before dispatching. After receipt of an alarm signal they will call the premises giving you an opportunity to cancel a false alarm, by providing the proper password.
Should you use cellular phones and not have a landline telephone we can still monitor your alarm system by using a special cellular unit. This cellular system can also be used as a backup to your regular landline telephone service in the event of telephone line failure.
If you are unavailable, we will attempt to contact someone (relative, neighbor, etc.) from your emergency list and notify them of any alarms.
