1. How much does an alarm system cost?
Prices vary, depending on your security needs, so you will need to contact us for a current quote.
2. Can you monitor another company’s alarm system?
The answer is YES, unless you have some off-brand alarm system or the system has been “locked” by the previous alarm company.. In that case we can install a new panel and keypad.
3. What is the length of the monitoring agreement?
Our standard agreement is one year if you already have an alarm system and three years if one has to be installed.
4. What forms of payment do you accept?
Naturally, we take cash or check, but we also take credit or debit cards or can debit your bank account.
5. Can you install motion sensors if I have pets inside?
Yes, most motion sensors have adjustments to compensate for pets.
6. How large is your service area?
While most of our alarm installations are located in the metro Oklahoma City area, we do install, monitor and service alarm systems all over the state of Oklahoma.
7. Are your alarm systems easy to operate?
We train everyone who uses the system on how to properly operate it. In addition we leave written instructions and if you ever have a problem you can always call and talk to one of our technicians, who will talk you through any operation.
8. How long has Allied been in business?
Allied was founded in 1982.
9. Is a telephone line required for your alarm monitoring service?
Most alarm panels connect to your existing telephone service. However, should you not have landline phone service we can install a cellular unit to send alarm signals to our monitoring station.
10. Who/where will my alarm be monitored?
Allied operates its own monitoring station in Oklahoma City and uses their own trained employees to monitor and dispatch alarm signals.
11.Does Allied service the alarm systems they monitor?
Allied services all the alarm system they monitor. The service department is available 24/7 to make repairs or answer technical questions.
